What is the difference between a Brooklyn and Chelsea?
The only difference between the two is that a Chelsea has an elevator.

How is the Sales Price determined?
There are 2 components that make up the sales price:
• Base Price of the Home – See starting prices dictated by unit location.
• Options/Upgrades/Customizations – (Average upgrades added ranges from $150-300K).


What type of homesites are offered?
There will be 2 different types of lots that the buildings will be on:
• Low-side Building – Entry/Garage level area with options off multi-purpose area. Deck off the dining/kitchen level. – Building #2
• High-side Building – Entry level is underground and no egress on this level other than the garage. Covered patio off the dining/kitchen level. – Building #1.

What does low-maintenance or maintenance-free mean?

• Grass cutting and landscaping will be maintained by the HOA.
• Snow removal will include all driveways and all sidewalks at the front of the home (along the street and to the front door) and all common areas.

Do I own the land? What is homeowner responsible for?

• Homeowner owns the lot the unit is built on.
• Homeowner is responsible for all exterior & interior maintenance of their unit only.
• HOA is responsible for the common areas in the community.

Are fences permitted?
Fences are permitted with township and HOA approval to meet the appropriate design standards. Access through the fence (gates) must be provided so that lawns inside the fence can be mowed by the association.
