Featured Employee: Meet Nichole!
At Infinity Custom Homes, we’re grateful to do what we love the most — build houses that become homes. And we’re especially grateful to do this with a team that treats each other (and all of our homeowners) like family. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to Nichole Chimenti, our incredible customer service coordinator, who works to ensure that all service and warranty items are taken care of. Get to know a little more about Nichole!
What’s your relationship with Infinity Custom Homes? What do you love most about working here?
I joined the ICH team back in 2016 as a model attendant and in 2017 became the customer service coordinator. I work with our vendors and our homeowners to complete any service and warranty items once they take ownership of their dream home.
I could not ask for a better team to work with; we are truly lucky to have the people we have in our corner. Infinity really is like a family and we all work together so well, we have a lot of fun while we create these beautiful homes!
Where did you grow up? Tell us about your family!
I was born in New Jersey but grew up in Belle Vernon, then moved to South Fayette where I graduated high school. We have a big family! My husband, Tom and I have been married almost 14 years and have 4 children. Our oldest is our son Hunter (12), and we have 3 daughters, Olivia (10), Harper (6), and Ella (4). Also, cannot forget our dog Cooper (3) who we rescued.
How do you spend your free time? What do you do to relax?
When we are not on a baseball/soccer/football field or in the gym watching gymnastics, I try to find time to get together with my closest friends. I love to drink wine and preferably sit by a fire.
What do you wish other people knew about Infinity Custom Homes?
We really put the homeowners first, and we always rise to challenges and do what is right. At the end of the day, we can all be very proud of our hard work when we get those emails from homeowners thanking us and telling us just how much they love their new home.
What would someone be surprised to know about you?
We lived in Texas for 5 years when my husband was stationed at Fort Hood while he served in the Army. I graduated college in Texas, bought our first home, and brought our two oldest children home from the hospital to that house. I hold a lot of special memories in the Lone Star State.
Tell us about someone you admire.
So many people in my life have helped shape me into the person I am today. I think if I had to narrow it down to one person, my neighbor and best friend, Kate, is someone I always look to for guidance. She embodies the Catholic faith and has lived such an amazing life (I could listen to her stories all day). She is one of my biggest supporters and is always there to fill my wine glass when I need it most!
All of us at Infinity Custom Homes want to thank Nichole for everything she does! Her hard work and positivity have made a significant impact on our company and we‘re so happy to have her.
