Hello faithful blog followers! Long time, no see! It’s been rather busy around here as we’ve been preparing some awesome news to share with you. Over the last few weeks, we’ve implemented some changes to our floor plans, which consist of eliminating 3 entirely, and adding to our inclusions. Now, before you panic and think “I loved a floor plan that you no longer offer!!” Remember, we are completely custom in our building methods, and are happy to accommodate certain features you loved to create your dream home. The only reason we eliminated the Nashville, the Charleston and the Sonoma, is that the majority of our homeowners chose from the 5 remaining floor plans, which are our very best sellers– the Napa, the Aspen, the Cambridge, the Austin and the Savannah!

Now Included…

In addition to offering you the best of the best, we’ve decided to include some features that we noticed the majority of people ended up selecting while making upgrades and changes to our floorplans. Some of the great new inclusions that you will find are sunrooms, extended living spaces, 3-car garages in communities with lots that sustain them, higher exterior budgets that preserve the beauty and uniqueness of our communities, and much more! Rather than going into every little detail floorplan by floorplan, the graphics below will help show you what we now include.
